Positions Available

The Water Tech Level 1 position at Garcia Water Care is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the world of water care. As a Water Tech Level 1, you will conduct field water tests for pH, TDS, Hardness, and Chlorine, provide customer recommendations about our products, and educate people about what Garcia Water Care is all about.

The Water Tech Level 2 position at Garcia Water Care is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in the water care industry. As a Water Tech Level 2, you will be responsible for assisting our Water Tech Level 3 team with basic troubleshooting of RO and softeners, as well as conducting basic diagnostics. The successful candidate will have experience in the water care industry, including knowledge of water softeners, RO systems, and other water treatment technologies. The Water Tech Level 2 will work closely with the Water Tech Level 3 team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. The Water Tech Level 3 position at Garcia Water Care is a critical role in our team of water care professionals. As a Water Tech Level 3, you will be responsible for installing ROs and water softeners, conducting system diagnostics, and performing advanced troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the water care industry, including knowledge of water treatment technologies, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Water Tech Level 3 will work closely with our sales team to provide clients with expert installation and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently or in a team, and have a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. Job Title: Water Tech Level 1

Location: El Paso, Texas

Job Type: Part-time

Job Summary:

Garcia Water Care is seeking a Water Tech 1 to perform customer outreach in the community. The Water Tech Level 1 will inform people about our water softener and reverse osmosis (RO) care services and promote our Puronics water softeners at the best prices. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people and wants to make a difference in their community. While earning commission and an hourly pay per contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to promote our water softener, RO care services, and Puronics water softeners.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of our services and products.
  • Schedule appointments for water testing and estimates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all potential and current customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or door-to-door outreach is preferred but not required.
