Many people and pets have been impacted by the pandemic and have had to adjust the way they were operating. Many organizations that help pets in need in the El Paso community were impacted by the pandemic. One of those organizations is Luna’s Foster Animal Rescue – they are a non-profit formed to help pets that were picked up or surrendered to animal services.
Before the pandemic, they would gather at one of the many dogs friendly events or with local groomers that support their cause – to raise money and find foster families. Now they have been struggling to find a way to raise money to pay for medical bills or purchase adequate food for the dogs they care for. Their goal is to make sure that the pets they release to foster families are acclimated to live in foster homes, not cages. They go to great lengths help the less fourtanate we want to return the support.
Garcia Water Care cares about our water and our community, and we want to help their non-profit organization by raffling off two Puronics Micromax 7000 drinking systems for them. All proceeds will go directly to them.
We will sell each ticket for only $5, and any amount of tickets can be purchased. The raffle will be on March 14, 2021 at Dogs on the Run Pet Grooming Boutique and Barkery. We will do the raffle live on Facebook during Luna’s Fosters Rescue Virtual Foster Event
Our goal is to raise one thousand dollars for Luna’s Rescue – if we reach that goal we will be giving a drinking system to Luna’s.
