I’ve had issues with another local (915) water Guy never returning calls, and “no showing” when I took a round-trip off of work ($$$) to get my reverse osmosis system serviced. Josh and another employee went above and beyond what any business should be expected to do for me. I don’t live in El Paso, but I called them from San Antonio during the winter weather disaster in Feb. 2021, since all companies here were without power. They were willing to help me however they could and gave great advice on how to fix the emergency I was having. Working with Josh was such a great experience. He truly cares about his customer and shows it with his customer service skills. Always clear and concise and is in constant communication throughout the whole process.

The water softener install went smooth and the entire family loves it and we definitely feel the difference in our skin, clothes, and faucet fixtures.
We also got the alkaline drinking system installed and never thought I would say this about water, but it tastes absolute delicious!

Even after Josh finished up, he would check up to see how things were going and even came back to run more tests to make sure the drinking water was up to par (it exceeds par).

I wish more businesses had the customer service skillset that Josh possesses as that truly goes a long way in making someone feel secure about a large investment.

I highly recommend Garcia water company. Josh and his team really go above and beyond for their customers.
They explain in detail the step by step process about their products. I was very pleased on how clean and neat the installation and set up was in my garage.
I often get asked who installed the system because the plumbing is so neatly installed.
Another reason why I recommend this company is they’re always available to answer your questions and always follows up with their clients. I’ve had my water system for 5 months and it’s been a great experience. I no longer have the need to purchase water bottles. My skin, hair, overall health feel so much better.
