Although I do not live in El Passo Texas I was able to get a hold of Josh Garcia on a Saturday night I left a message & he called me back. We live in NW Indiana we had a pureonics hydronex machine installed today. My seller & his installer never gave me any instructions what so ever & never explained how to use the machine. I called them several times and text them today nobody called me back! Nobody asked me how many people live in my home. Being that I am 64 year's old I panicked. The machine was set for more people using it there is only 2 in my household. Josh took the time taught me how to set up the machine & which button went to what. Assured me that I bought a good machine & told me if I needed any help in the near future he would walk me through how to change the filter. FILTER??? I didn't even know it had a filter.. WOW..... Yep there's a filter on this machine. I can assure you that the Pureonic Hydronex machine is well worth buying but best when you can get a hold of a knowledgeable man in charge that takes the time to teach you. Thank you so much Josh.... I think it's sad when you buy anything & the seller doesn't teach you or tell you what to expect. Josh 100% spot on move to NW Indiana open a store #1. Josh and David are true professionals and definitely work with home owners and veterans. I talked with the top four water softener in the El Paso area and Josh and David answered my doubts and concerns about the product.

Josh and his team are the definition of Good Customer Service. We had to learn the hard way on how shady and dishonest companies can be with trying to stiff you out of your money. Working with Josh was such a great experience. He truly cares about his customer and shows it with his customer service skills. Always clear and concise and is in constant communication throughout the whole process.

The water softener install went smooth and the entire family loves it and we definitely feel the difference in our skin, clothes, and faucet fixtures.
We also got the alkaline drinking system installed and never thought I would say this about water, but it tastes absolute delicious!

Even after Josh finished up, he would check up to see how things were going and even came back to run more tests to make sure the drinking water was up to par (it exceeds par).

I wish more businesses had the customer service skillset that Josh possesses as that truly goes a long way in making someone feel secure about a large investment.

I’ve had issues with another local (915) water Guy never returning calls, and “no showing” when I took a round-trip off of work ($$$) to get my reverse osmosis system serviced. I had been looking for a water softener and filtration system for my new home and I was glad I found Garcia Water Care of El Paso. Other places offered me similar systems for super high prices, some over $9000!! My system is EPA registered and tested by the Water Quality Association. I got an Alkaline drinking system and 5 years of organic soap! Plus I have FREE service calls and no monthly maintenance costs (other companies wanted to charge me every month!).
